Connect To Private VPC Sources through AWS PrivateLink

If you have sources that are hosted in your AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) that are not accessible outside of the VPC, you can connect Etleap to these services through AWS PrivateLink .

Complete Service Provider Setup

When connecting to your services via AWS PrivateLink, Etleap will be a service consumer . To act as the Service Provider, you must first complete the infrastructure setup to create an endpoint service . When granting permissions during setup, please use the following principals:

  1. If you access Etleap via app.etleap.com , arn:aws:iam::223848809711:root
  2. If you access Etleap via app.eu.etleap.com , arn:aws:iam::167870479612:root

Complete Service Consumer Setup

Please provide the service name of your endpoint service to Etleap support. Etleap will then create an endpoint in the correct environment for you to connect to.

If Applicable: Accept Connection Request

If auto-accept is turned off for the endpoint, accept the pairing request sent by Etleap.

Configure the Connection in Etleap

Once Etleap finishes the configuration, they will share the hostname of the endpoint that will be used as the hostname during connection setup.
