Zuora
Zuora connections give you access to your organization’s billing and revenue data.
Source Setup
Zuora uses OAuth authentication to connect with applications. Complete the following steps to create your OAuth client:
- Login to Zuora.
- Click your username at the top right of the page and navigate to Administration → Manage Users.
- Locate the user in the table that you want to be associated with the Etleap connection.
- Make sure that the user’s status is Active.
- Click the user’s First Name, Last Name, or User Name.
- Navigate to the New OAuth Clients section and enter a Name for your OAuth client.
- If the Multi-entity feature is enabled, please select the entities this OAuth client should be allowed to access.
- Click Create to generate your
CLIENT_ID
andCLIENT_SECRET
, which are used for authentication.
Zuora displays the Client ID and Client Secret for the OAuth client once. You will need the Client ID and Client Secret information when creating an Etleap connection.

Update-Mode Deletes Support
Deletes are supported for some update-mode entities with this connector.

Key Considerations
- A maximum of 20,000 characters is allowed in an Export ZOQL query.
- The maximum export file size is 2047MB. This limit can be increased by contacting Zuora Global Support.
