Zendesk

Zendesk connections give you access to your company’s customer support data.

Source Setup

You will need your Zendesk account subdomain in order to create a Zendesk connection. The subdomain is the root word that precedes your zendesk.com URL(e.g., https://domain.zendesk.com/).

Etleap uses OAuth to authenticate with Zendesk. You will be forwarded to your Zendesk account when setting up a new connection in Etleap to authorize API access. The only information needed to create the connection is your Zendesk account subdomain. The subdomain is the root word that precedes your zendesk.com URL (e.g., https://domain.zendesk.com/).

Note

Prefer using an API? Go here  and select Zendesk under the Body header to start creating your connection via API.
