Twilio

Twilio connections give you access to your company’s message, voice, video, and email channel data.

Source Setup

Twilio uses a Basic authentication method that requires a SID and SECRET to enable API access. Perform the following steps to enable Etleap to extract data from your Twilio account.

  1. Click on the Account menu in the top-right corner of the main page.
  2. Select API keys & tokens under the Keys & Credentials section.

  1. Click Create API key key and complete the following:

    1. Enter a name in the Friendly name field.

    2. Select your Region.

    3. Select Standard as your Key type.

  1. Click Create API Key to generate your new SID and Secret values.
  2. You will need these values when you create the new connection in Etleap.

Prefer using an API? Go here  and select Twilio under the Body header to start creating your connection via API.
