SAP Concur

SAP Concur connections give you access to your team’s expense data.

Source Setup

SAP Concur uses a Company Request Token strategy for authentication. To get the required information follow these steps:

  1. Access your SAP Concur instance and go to the Administration → Company → Authentication Admin page.

  2. Click on the OAuth 2.0 Application Management menu, then create a new app by clickining on Create new app.

  3. On allowed grants, select: refresh_token

  4. Add the following scopes:

    1. ATTEND
    2. attendee.read
    3. company.read
    4. CONFIG
    5. expense.report.read
    6. EXPRPT
    7. identity.user.core.read
    8. identity.user.enterprise.read
    9. identity.user.ids.read
    10. ITINER
    11. LIST
    12. spend.list.read
    13. travel.itinerary.read
    14. user.read
    15. TRVREQ
  5. Copy the application Client ID and Client Secret.

  6. Return to the Administration → Company → Authentication Admin page.

  7. Click on Company Request Token.

  8. In the App ID field, type the Client ID or your application, click submit to generate a new request token.

  9. Etleap also requires your SAP Concur region for authentication.

Update-Mode Deletes Support

Deletes  are not supported for update-mode entities with this connector.
