Elluminate

Elluminate connections give you access to your company’s clinical studies data.

Source Setup

Elluminate requires an API key and secret pair for authentication. To obtain these credentials, please complete the following:

  1. Go to your Elluminate dashboard.
  2. Click on the menu icon that is located in the top-left.
  3. Click in My Profile.
  4. The credentials will be under the API Credentials area.
  5. You’ll also need to obtain your Elluminate URL during the connection wizard (e.g., https:‎//mycompany.eclinicalsol.com). Save this information for when you’re creating your Elluminate connection in Etleap.

What Data is Available?

You can create pipelines using your Elluminate Clinical Studies. The file picker will display all your available Clinical Studies. After selecting a study, you’ll be prompted to choose a SchemaName, which functions as a datastore aggregating all the data within your selected study.

Additionally, you have the option to specify which Domains you wish to extract data from. Domains represent subsets of the chosen schema, containing data specifically related to a particular subject.

If you don’t specify one or more domain Etleap will extract the data from all the domains that belongs to the selected schema.

Key Considerations

Distinct domains may not always have a complete overlap with the columns defined in the schema. When multiple domains are chosen, Etleap will generate all columns from both domains within the destination. Any columns not shared across the selected domains will be assigned a null value for the domain(s) lacking that specific column.
